Authentic design for an age-old brew
The Briki Elite Engraved is a classic stovetop coffee pot (also called ibrik or cezve) crafted for the traditional method of making Turkish/Greek coffee. Its tapered copper body and pouring lip promote a gentle foam (crema) and controlled simmering — essential characteristics of the cezve brewing ritual that concentrate aroma and body in a small cup. This pot celebrates that heritage while adding decorative engraving for a refined finish.

Handmade character — polished, engraved copper
Each Elite model features a polished, hammered exterior with an embossed/engraved motif on the N5 (medium) size and select variants. The solid copper construction gives fast, even heat conduction so you can manage the delicate foaming stage without hotspots. A brass handle is riveted to the body for a secure grip and classic look that ages beautifully with use. These pots are handmade in Greece and finished to showcase both function and decorative appeal.

Cup profile — intense, aromatic & textured
Brewing in a briki produces a concentrated, full-flavoured cup using very finely ground coffee and minimal water. Because the grounds remain in the cup, the result is an intensely aromatic beverage with a velvety crema on top and a tactile finish below — perfect for small, deliberate servings and tasting single-origin beans in a new context. The Elite’s shape encourages the gentle foaming and aroma retention that define the style.

Sizes, practicality and compatibility
The Elite is available across the usual Briki size range (for example N2–N10), covering 200 mL to 350 mL capacities so you can choose a single-serve or multi-cup option. The pot works on gas, electric and ceramic hobs; it is not suitable for induction cooktops unless you use an induction adapter plate. The compact shape and tactile handle also make the Elite ideal for tabletop brewing and gift-worthy presentation.

Care & longevity — simple steps for a lasting finish
Copper develops a natural patina with use; many owners appreciate this mellowing look, but when you want the original shine a soft polish and copper cleaner restore the finish easily. Rinse promptly after each brew to avoid hardened grounds, avoid dishwashers and harsh scouring, and dry thoroughly to minimise staining. For long life, treat the embossed surface gently and follow routine cleaning to keep flavours neutral.
